Vitalstat is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we handle your data and your rights as a user.
1. Data Collection
Vitalstat does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers.
All data processed by the app remains on your device only.
No user accounts are created.
No external identifiers are collected for analytics or advertising.
No tracking, profiling, or external monitoring tools are used.
Vitalstat stores only one piece of optional information: your email. This is used solely to verify and restore subscription status if any issue occurs. It is never shared, sold, or used for marketing.
2. Data Source
All information displayed in the app is retrieved directly from the official Polar API or Apple Health. Access is granted only after you provide explicit permission through Polar Flow or Apple Health.
This data is used only to show insights within the app. It is never uploaded or shared externally.
3. Local Storage
All Polar and Apple Health data shown in the app is securely stored on your device’s local storage.
If you delete the app, all associated locally stored data is removed automatically.
4. Third Party Access
The app interacts only with the Polar API and Apple Health frameworks to retrieve your fitness and health data.
No data is shared with any other service or external party.
5. Security
Since Vitalstat keeps all information on your device, your data is protected by your device’s security features.
We recommend enabling a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID and keeping your Polar or Apple ID credentials private.
6. Children’s Privacy
Vitalstat does not knowingly collect or store any information from children under 13. The app is safe for all users, since no personal data collection occurs.
7. Subscription Information
Vitalstat offers auto-renewing subscriptions that unlock premium features and insights.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least twenty four hours before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through App Store account settings.
Vitalstat may store your email securely to verify and restore your premium access in case of subscription issues. This email is used only for this purpose and never shared.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed. The most recent version will always be available in the app and on our website. Each update will include a clear “Last Updated” date.
